Eaves Operations works with companies that need help actually getting things done. That could be getting a product into the U.S., finding distributors, setting up logistics and warehousing, fixing a process that is not working, or taking some of the operational workload off an owner who has too much on their plate.
What Eaves Is For
A lot of companies do not need another person telling them what they should do. They need somebody
who can help do the work. Once a business starts growing, there are suppliers to deal with, freight to
arrange, inventory to keep track of, distributors to talk to, warehouses to manage, and problems that have to be handled as they come up.
That is where I want Eaves to fit. We can work with the people already running the company and take
ownership of the operational work that is slowing them down.
